Wholesale business only
Sentra Teak Furniture deals with wholesale furniture business, we don't serve retail purchases. Our customers range from furniture stores (small, medium, and chain stores), furniture wholesalers, to furniture importers.
Minimum order quantity
Our minimum order quantity per-order is one 40ft container. However, under certain circumstances, we may serve a trial order of 20ft container. Most of our regular customers place an order of several 40ft High-Cube containers at once.

For a new customer who need to evaluate our products prior to placing a first-time order we allow sample purchase of a few pieces of furnitures. In principle, pricing of the samples will be under ex-factory basis; our wholesale pricing can't be used for such purchase. Additional costs from packaging, handling, and all delivery-related costs - including but not limited to shipping documents and inland transportation - will be under customer's responsibility. Details of such sample purchase will be discussed with customers case-by-case.
No one do furniture business just for a short period; it is basically a long term profession. Therefore, we think that visiting our factory in Solo (Indonesia) is a much better option than just buying a few samples of our modern teak furnitures. It will give you a comprehensive picture about our furniture products and about our overall capabilities. Yes, why not we meet face-to-face to better prepare our long-term, solid, and mutually-beneficial business relationship?
Lead time
The first container normally can be shipped anything between five to six weeks after your advance payment is received. If your order consists more than one container and if they are to be shipped at different timing, we are able to ship them every two weeks. FYI, currently, we are able to supply up to 14 (fourteen) 40ft containers of furnitures per-month.
Pricing
Our wholesale export prices are FOB Semarang Port; port of loading is Semarang port, Indonesia.
Terms of payment
We accept two options of payment methods, either by Bank's telegraphic funds transfer (T/T) or by irrevocable at sight Letter of Credit (L/C). In case of a T/T payment, we require a 50% advance payment and a 50% final payment upon shipment.
While an order is considered confirmed when both parties have signed a purchase document (i.e. a contract, a Purchase Order, or a Proforma Invoice), we will only begin processing your order when your payment is received:
- T/T payment: when your 50% advance payment is received
- L/C payment: when your L/C is confirmed by our advising bank
Enquiries and the ordering process
When you have an interest in our products please feel free to submit your enquiries to us. We will then respond with answers to your questions. A product and/or pricing enquiry will be reponded with product catalog and/or wholesale pricing information. Each furniture item listed in the pricing information also contains loadibility data, the maximum quantity of that particular item in one container.

With product and pricing information as above you may select the items you intend to purchase, each with preferred quantity. Submit it to us either by email or facsimile, then we will respond by sending you a proforma invoice. This proforma invoice contains details of ordered items; item numbers & names, quantity, price each, total amount of your order, and terms & conditions including delivery time and our banking information. Note that we will always suggest the best quantities which will make up a fully loaded container.
If you agree with all things described in the proforma invoice, you are required to confirming your order by:
- countersigning it and send it back to us by facsimile
- transfer your advance payment (or release your L/C)
However, if revisions is needed to the proforma invoice, this process is repeated until you are satisfied.
