easy to put together but the stain color runs when wet -
We felt that this table, chairs, and bench were well worth the money.
It comes non-assembled, but was very easy to put together. We received a box containing the table, another box containing the bench, and two boxes containing the 4 chairs. All tools necessary for installation were included. Allen wrench, bolts, and receiving screws. The holes between the pieces were aligned to fit the screws. The parts and instructions were diagramed.
The only negative to this outdoor set is that the stain (color) runs when wet. My new patio is now stained with the color from the tables and chairs. The seat pads were also stained from the wet table above.

I was shocked when this set arrived. It is much better in person. The cushions are great and colorful. I love the storage bench it holds the cushions and it even comes with a great cover for the winter or storms. I still can't believe I got all this for what I paid. I would tell anyone to buy this. The customer service and delivery was great and painless.
Horrible Customer Service -
I placed the order on 6/7 - NEVER received a confirmation of my order from the company. After correspondence with the company asking the status of my order, I received an email back.
Order was delivered on 6/23; bench seat was damaged and one of the chairs was missing the seat. I called their 800 #; was no one there and their voicemail was not working. I have sent 3 email since then which included pictures and have not received any feedback or response.
The only reason they got 1 star is I had to enter something; I would have given them no stars if I could have.

I was a little worried about ordering something so large online and something that would be delievered to the end of my driveway.... BUT delivery went smooth (he even put it in my garage), everything was so easy to put together (four chairs, bench, table). The instructions were very clear! I am very happy with everything. I am only sad that it is now on sale (two weeks later)!!!
